The dad of Alfie Evans claims his son's life support has been withdrawn at Alder Hey Hospital.
Tom Evans claims that doctors at Alder Hey Children's Hospital are refusing to provide the 23-month-old with oxygen.
Mr Evans and Alfie's mum Kate James, from Liverpool, have fought a bitter legal battle to keep their toddler on life support.
Alfie has an undiagnosed brain condition which doctors say is incurable.
His parents want to transfer him to Rome for further treatment and on Monday Alfie was granted Italian citizenship.
