The Tragedy and Treason of the 1689 'Bill of Rights' - by Kenn d'Oudney
In order to come to an appreciation of the ways in which the Bill of Rights is constitutionally repugnant and void, it is first necessary to know and understand the purpose and workings of those supreme, indispensable definitive elements of the English (cf.
